OOTD: THANKSGIVING!

Hey babies i know its super late but this what i wore for Thanksgiving! I've been extremely busy since i picked up a seasonal job at the post office and on top of that i lost my camera usb cord ugh!  Any who I'll try to post another OOTD soon, maybe this weekend since i haven't been putting on clothes forreal.  Also due to the second job i have been neglecting my baby she has been in a puff for the last couple of days *sadface*.  WASH DAY COMING VERY SOON!  I also want to take the time to thank my new babies and i appreciate all of the comments, i want to apologize because i usually respond to all my comments but this job OMG (but gots to get this money lol).  Until next time XOXO...

This is a quick post but I had to come and tell ya'll about my wash day!  Like most naturals Sunday is wash day and I wanted to try my FREE sample of Carol's Daughter Monoi Repairing Collection.  I received it with a $25 purchase from Sephora and I couldn't wait to try it.  I started by shampooing with the sulfate free shampoo, then i detangled with the conditioner and plaited my hair letting it sit for 5 minutes, lastly i applied the deep conditioner and let it sit for about 15 minutes.  When I tell you my hair feels AMAZING, OMG!  I love this stuff, the shampoo did not strip my hair, the conditioner gave great slip, and the deep conditioner gave my hair LIFE!  My hair is so manageable now and it smells great!The products are a bit expensive but I plan on getting the full set for my Christmas gift for myself amongst other things lol.  I hope yall are having a great "washday/Sunday"!  What hair products new or old that gives your hair LIFE?! Hey Babies

I've been getting a lot of compliments on my hair so i decided to incorporate my natural hair journey on my blog as well.  I'm gonna make this very short my baby (my fro lol) turned 10 months last week! I'm so excited about my journey thus far.  I began my journey last year in September and big chopped in January of this year.  I'm so in love with my hair especially the thickness, omg it feels like cotton!  I'll keep yall posted on my journey and if you have questions feel free to ask!

Hola Babies

So let me tell ya'll wayyyy before I started my very own blog I was featured on one of my good friends blog!  When she featured me I was still on the fence about creating my own blog.  Well really I was a little apprehensive about my blog seeming redundant of all the preexisting blogs.  Any who, I was featured here on my girl plussizesouthernlady blog!  Yep that's me and my take on the turban trend.  Timeka is a song bird and fashionista in her own right so you guys should definitely check her out, and tell her I sent you! At the end I'm glad I decided to go forth with "KellyMonroe" because it's very therapeutic and it gives me a chance to showcase my personal fashion sense and continue to "blog-stalk" also lol.
