First Thrift Store Haul

Hey babies! I went on my first thrifting adventure last week and found some great blazers and earrings! In total i bought 3 blazers and 2 pairs of earrings for $19! I dont know if that was a good or bad total but i couldnt leave the items so oh well lol. I cant wait to get those blazers out of the cleaners bc there are so many outfits running through my head!
Im so excited about thrifting especially since i found some great pieces on my first trip! Happy New Years Babies! I have so much in store for you ladies and i apperciate all of you! XOXO

Blogger Secret Santa!

Hey babies, I was so excited when my mom brought my mail this morning because on top was a box labeled secret Santa!  I along with other bloggers participated in a blogger secret Santa hosted by Koco of CheapChicandCurvy! I was so excited about participating, each participant had to submit items on their Christmas wish list that were under $30.  Around the beginning of December Koco emailed each person with their BSS recipient, I'm not mentioning my person's name because IDK if they have received their package yet.  As I stated before the package was labeled from-Secret Santa so I still had no idea who it was from, so of course I tore that thing open lol (now that I think about it was I suppose to wait until tomorrow, lol)!  My secret Santa is drum roll please.......Inez of StyleChic360!  I was too excited I love her blog, I actually stalked her blog (well I still do lol) before I decided to create my own.  Inside was a nice card, Mac Viva Glam GaGa lipstick, Forever 21 gift card, and she throw in some banging feather earrings (I might rock those tonite!)-YES HUNTY!

OOTN: Meghian's Birthday!

Hey Babies, today is my sister Meghian's 24th birthday! She decided to have a small dinner at Ruby Tuesday's, I love spending time with my sisters and mama (love them!).  Anyhow when we get together there is always jokes and laughs.  I also noticed we all had on some type of leopard (great minds think alike).

I Rock: Outerwear!

 Hey Babies this will be my first blog link up Yayy! Im so excited to be linking up with f.a.s.h.DET! If you havent heard of this blog, its the brain child of Inez (StyleChic360) and Ericka (Love of Style by Erika), 2 Detroit bloggers.  Once i saw the details about the link up i could not wait to snap some pics, seeing as i have so many coats/jackets!  I stay in humid Mobile, so we rarely experience a true winter!  I have had this jacket for about 2 years and have only worn it once. I guess because it has a wool blend i dont have to pull it out the closet as much *sadface*.  I love the details of the jacket and now that i think about it, the jacket could def be worn on date nites when it gets a lil cooler outside.  I also plan on pairing the jacket with different pops of color such as magenta, cobalt blue, or a mustard yellow! Yea that would definetly be HAUTE! The dets:  Jacket-NewYork&Company, Skinnies/Long Sleeve t-Shirt-Forever 21+, and Booties-Payless.

Hey babies i hope yall are enjoying the weekend! So last nite i went out with my friend for her pre-birthday celebration! We both had a long work week so of course we needed some drinks to wind down lol. Our first stop was Applebee's for food and drinks, that's all we needed to get the party started!  We then headed to a nightclub, PURE usually caters to the babies (18 and up) on Friday nites but i digress we went in lol. It was so packed and the floor was wet from beer and i guess ice from the cups they were throwing on the floor, needless to say i will not be going back to party with the babies on Friday nites lol. Any who here is what i wore

So i forgot to take a picture with the jacket on but it wasn't as cold as i thought it would be.  The jacket will def be in future post so check back!

Ok so for a little embarrassment lol the dress is fully laced with a tank style dress underneath, so why did that damn tank dress keep riding up!? I'm pretty sure i flashed everybody in Applebee's lol smh

OOTD: SHOPPING TRIP!

Yesterday i ventured out with my mom and sister on a shopping trip, yay! Like most women i loved to shop. I would say I'm a frugal fashionista/couponista lol, i can find coupons for anything! We started off at a boutique called Sassy B's, they were having 40% of everything! It was so many people there, so unfortunately i didn't see anything worth buying *sad face*. Next stop was lunch at Ruby Tuesday and you guessed it we had a coupon (ma's a couponista also lol), buy one entree get on free! Our next stop was Stein Mart, omg since i moved out this summer i have been purchasing little odds and ends, and stein mart is the place to be! I got a body pillow, 2 big plastic bowls, cute decorative elephant bookends (set),  and some other things i cant remember right now but i only spent $19! Lastly, we stop to get a Christmas tree and headed home.  Below is my OOTD and a few pics of my sister Meghian!

OOTD: Up the Country!

Hey babies, i hope you guys had a wonderful weekend!  This weekend the bay and i went "up the country" to Coy, Alabama.  We were visiting for the burial of his cousin who passed in a tragic accident.  I hate when funerals bring families together but i did finally get to meet a lot of his family.  I love going to visit Coy because its so quiet, peaceful, and of course the eatings are good #fatgirlpost lol.  Somebody put they foot in that peach cobbler OMG!  Let me stop food reminising and get to this outfit that i wore the day of the funeral.
