Liebster Award

Cheers to the freakin weekend, while its almost here so I'm celebrating early!  I was awarded the Liebster Award by Roni of The Savvy Housewife !  She is such a sweet person, a fellow BLM Girl and a cupcake lover like myself! Here blog is a must see so go check her out!

1.  I love shoes but I would rather be barefooted (country lol)

2.  I'm scared of vomit, no really I am! My boyfriend got sick and I cried real tears! lol

3.  I want to travel to a tropical destination but not Costa Rica.  I saw an episode on Animal Planet about a bot fly that laid an egg in a someones head and that done it for me lol.

4.  I fall asleep very easily.  I don't need to wind down or nothing!

5.  I got my eyebrow pierced when I was in high school and my mom took me to get it!

6.  I HATE DRIVING!

7.  I'm a very sweet person but I'm also very blunt! No sugar coating from me at all!

8.  I want to learn Korean/Vietnamese so I'll know what they are saying at the nail salon! Lol bet not be talking about me smh

9.  I have a fear of heights but I love getting on rides. (This makes no sense whatsoever *Kanye shrug)

10.  I think I'm part Italian because I don't really care for foods such as BBQ or collard greens but give me some pasta and I'm a happy camper!

11.  My birthday is in 2 weeks, September 5th to be exact! Lol VIRGO!!!

Casual Attractions: Yellow Rays OOTD

I decided since I will have days off during the week that I would incorporate some of my casual everyday looks on the blog!  The segment will be called "Casual Attractions"!  These looks will be simple chic and will be featured at least once a week.  Some of the pieces I have had for years and others maybe new.  I posted a look yesterday and I'm hitting you guys with a bonus look today! 

Since the summer is coming to an end and fall trends are popping up everywhere, I choose to wear a transitional piece.  I consider this sweater to be transitional because its lightweight so I can wear it in the summer but I can also layer it during the fall.`

I love the color of this sweater, its a very vibrant yellow!  I purchased it awhile back from Lane Bryant.  Lane Bryant has definitely been picking there game up here lately in regards to fashion and fit!  For an added splash of dare I wore my leopard print bra from Lane Bryant as well!



I'm still playing around with my tripod and camera! Today I decided to try different angles.

OOTD: Casual Installment (Pic Heavy)

Today was a chill day for me.  I decided to throw on some colored denim and a cute top to run a few errands.  By the time I got in my car it was too late to run any errands so I decided to stop by my old job to see my ex coworkers and the kids!  I miss my old job so much but part time was not cutting it!

Lately, I have been chatting it up with a new group I'm in called BLM Girls!  I love this group because it is filled with a diverse group of women who like myself love to blog.  They have helped me a lot with tips on better blogging and photography.  I decided to utilize some of those photography tips today.

I think the pictures came out great minus the look I was giving lol.  I was trying to concentrate on get the right lighting and angles but in my head I was smiling!

I love the background scenery!

One tip was to use natural lighting.  The sun was out in full force today so this photo op was grand.

Review: BH Cosmetics 28 Color Palette Smoky Eye Edition

Red Bottoms

Hey guys this a quick post of my casual OOTD.  I had a few errands to run and decided to rock some colored denim.  I'm always buying separate pieces, which adds to my never ending closet lol!  I also decided to rock one of my new weekend wigs, which I love!  I have so many things coming up for you guys so stay tuned and so many opportunities for my blog to expand.  I'm so excited about my new endeavors and I will reveal them in due time! On to the outfit...


I decided to change up the scenery! I love my background but I almost got attacked by a squirrel, I think it was the red pants lol!

Black on Black

Black on Black Crime because I killed a few people in this simple outfit! Lol just playing people I don't condone violence!  Saturday nites are always unpredictable for me because I never know where I'm gonna end up!  In the beginning my plans were to have drinks with my girl Shayla but she cancelled on me.  Then I got a text from my girl Jessica and my nite begun!  We headed to a surprise birthday party in this lavish house!  So much food all types of liquor.  Free catered food and drinks, my type of party!
